Shaving is supposed to exfoliate right? And exfoliating helps prevent ingrown hairs so how does shaving cause ingrown hairs?

I'm a African american male and i was in a motorcycle accident a few years ago,and i have some dark colored scars on my legs.I'm kind of ashamed of the dark scars.I have tried almost everything on the market,with little results.I'm thinking about tatooing over them now,so i can at least go to the beach or to the pools like i use to.What other options do i have besides getting tatoos?

See I'm really tall and it's really hard for me to find pants that fit! I'm 6'0'' and I have really long legs and i'm really skiney! And i'm cheap I wont spend over30 to 45 dollors on pants!

okay, whenever i put on my foundation its a habit, i always ask my mom if it looks okay, and she says the rest looks good, but my foundation makes me look like i have a mask on, cuz i guess i dont even it out good enough. And im always afraid to try new colors bcuz the ones i use now, i know i look good in, but i donno about anything else, i use silver, pink, white, and light brown eye shadow, and when i use eye liner, it always smears or it doesnt look good, like i caked it on... So, any tips on how to make my makeup look better? School starts in 2 weeks and i dont wanna look like a clown! lol, Help plz

When I was about 16 I got hit in the nose with a volleyball and it has been crooked ever since. It's not that bad and no one else seems to notice it but I am very self-conscious about it.
