my bro has a tattoo that he wants removed. whats the best way to get it done??? and by best i mean, which way will remove it the best so theres little to no trace that he had a tattoo before (and possibly little to no trace of a scar from the removal)???

The best way to get it removed is by having laser surgery. Its a lot painful then getting the tattoo done and it usually takes a few sessions till its completely gone. Tell your brother to see his dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.

I think there is only 1 way to get rid of a tattoo and that's laser but in some cases you can still faintly see it. or he can get it covered up with another tattoo but if he wants no tattoo at all his only option as far as I know is laser.

Tell him to go back to the place where he got the tattoo or a tattoo shop and ask them, they would know.

Anything else you will most likely have a scar or a shadow of the tattoo.
