wear one (or two) sports bras for support and do chest exercises. Not so many that you look like a femail body-builder but enough so that your chest muscles can firm up and that should perk your boobs up. Also try the skin tightening creams.

That wasn't caused by not wearing a training bra. That was caused by wearing ill fitting bras and unfortunately there's not a lot you can do. One thing is to go to a lingerie shop or department store that will help you with a bra fitting. When a woman has large breasts it is important to wear a bra that fits.

More protein and a lot of pushups later she looks great.
Do pushups start with knee pushups
Then work up. Pulls them babys right up were they belong.
All of us girls do 25 every day.

Some types of "boobs" just hang a bit lower than others. Especially fuller ones, find yourself a good underwire bra and strut your stuff. The gals with those perky little ones always want bigger ones, for sure.

Not wearing a training bra wouldn't have caused it. Some women just have saggy breasts naturally. Other than plastic surgery, you just shop carefully for good, supportive bras.

no b/s,... just fair advice with honesty.

I recommend doing Push-Ups, Butterflys (with light weights) and Bench Presses (also with relatively light weights).

You want to develope and condition the muscles that you got. So it looks and feels normal.
Just don't over do it,.... hmmm use 2.5 lbs arobics barbells just to condition your muscle groups like two to four sets of 10 to 15 repititions every other day,... Otherwise consult with your gym teacher (hopefully a female teacher, men can be - well lets not go there), Or consult with one of your female teachers that does workout, she can give good advice.

You're still developing and growing, so don't worry too much okay?

Good luck & take care
Mahalo!!!

well, whatever you decide to do, don't sleep with a bra on, especially for weeks at a time. bad idea! there's been a study about women who wear bras while sleeping, and it certainly does not help things.

hmm. i would say wear a bra whenever you can but not in your sleep. wearing the bra gives you more support so it wont sag as much when you are wearing it.
