I manage a beauty salon in downtown Dallas and our trade secret is that we use placenta in our shampoo (works great with Paul Mitchell products) because I heard somewhere that the protein in placenta helps your hair. I know that its' cured my split ends! My problem is that we're almost running out of our current stock. A few gals that work for me were able to donate their placenta when they had babies but nobody's pregnant now. Is there a place we can buy it in bulk? I tried the St. Luke's Hospital in Plano but they said they throw 'em out. Do you think Costco would have it?

What does it mean when it says to put your hair in "lose knots"?

I read in a magazine a way to make your hair look naturally curly. And it says to put your hair in four braids while its still wet, and then in lose knots. I really want to do this, but i dont know what it means by "lose knots". Can anyone help please?

How do you use Mayonase in your hair?

I know that Mayonase is good for conditioning your hair, but HOW do you use it?? Like to you just use it as regular shampoo just put a howle bunch in your hand and then massage it into your scalp and all of your hair then rinse it right away or do you wait??

What's in makeup?

I just learned not to long ago what is in OTC makeup and lotions and yuk!! I was told to google "rendering plants" and I did and boy did I have an eye opener. What do you all think of the products you are putting on your face? I have decided to start using a better product. Never to old to learn something new I guess.

Scrunch help?

What is the best way to scrunch hair? I bought Pantene Scrunching Moouse and I have Ganier Hairspry and gel. I had my hair wet and i put moouse and rubbed it on my hairs and then i scruncehed and than i started to blowdry on low and scruched my hair with my hands and it doesn't work. Then I sprayed a little hairspray but my hair is still realli wet. Am I doing something wrong?

Does anyone else think those questions about "I want to be emo" are ridiculous?

Okay well i keep seeing those questions about "How do I become emo?" and it seems to me that i'm the only one who thinks its a really stupid question.
I mean, you cant really just become emo over night.
I saw answers like "listen to crappy music, feel bad for yourself, cut your wrists, be weird..."

I just think its really ridiculous, and I wanted to know if anyone else agrees with me.

Does any one know of a hair dying product, that does NOT involve bleach?

I've seen some cool colors for hair like lime green, purple and orange, but they all involve bleach. Bleaching for my type of hair causes it to lose all body and will technically dead looking, so, does any one know of a product that doesn't involve bleaching the hair before dying?

Im having problems with keeping my pimples form coming back!?

Can anyone tell what kind of soap or something to help me get rid of my pimples?? Thier really gross to look at in the morning and it kinda makes me feel down how when i walk down town people look at me differently! I can't buy anyhting today so maybe something around the house that's okey to put on my face?? please help!!!!!!!!
