What! is this a serious question because if someone tells you to use laundry bleach well DONT you use a special bleach but even special bleaches are harmful so be careful with what you do with your hair.

DO NOT USE HOUSEHOLD BLEACH, I am a hair dresser, and that won't do anything but leave sores on your head.
You need to get a powder bleach.
If you have a local SALLYS go in there and get a powder bleach like clairol, quick blue, anything but that.
Then you have to get a developer 20,30,or 40 volume.Get 40 for the lightest lift 20 for just a shade lighter.
If your hair is dark brown, it will turn orange, red, and yellow, so have a professional do it. If you have color, it will turn other colors also,(again professional).
Curious though,do want to be blonde, maybe opt for some hi-lights, you can do those at home, and you could give an illussion of being a blonde but more fun.

NOT LAUNDRY BLEACH!! Hair bleach is a special bleach. It is made up of completely different chemicals. If you are looking for a at home way to color your hair- try using lemon juice and then sitting in the sun. I you are looking for a lot of lighter pieces, you are going to have to buy a highlighting kit, or go to a stylist

Laundry bleach will not only burn, fry and break your hair, it won't actually bleach it. Bleach is for whitening fabric that has been dyed, not hair folicles.
