well i have a very clear face but my back has pimples on it! its very unattractive and i dont know how to get rid of it. i use dove body wash and i shower twice a day and scrub my back and everything. i dont know what to do!!!

i have a wonderful smile but i can't really smile in front of people if there's nothing to smile about
but when my face is relaxed, people say i always look like i'm pissed off about something, and this makes me less attractive

I was thinking about have braids put in my hair. I wondering what color would best? I would like something that would clean. Also what kind of hair would last and indure the heat of arizona? I am thinking of having thicker braids done so it does not tair my hair out from the roots. My mom thought I should get dreads. I need some help and ideas.
