This is a trick question.
It does look okay on skinny women if u got boobs.
It looks okay on on medium to big women as long as you got a good strapless bra that supports good.

It depends on the color/patterns on the tube top and the exact shape of the person. But I'd rather see a tube top on a skinny girl than a fat one.

Well, it's how you wear it... you can add a mini shrug or a cropped short sleeved jacket to it... or if you don't want to wear it with another top then try accessorising it with a long necklace and some bracelets ... It will look cool.
Also, tube tops look great with jeans pants or some cargos...

This coming from a thin person, girl if your comfortable wear what ever you think looks good don't listen to other peoples negative remarks about your body god made people to come in all shapes and sizes and trust me as long as it dosen't show everything it will be fine.

No, I personally like it when a fat girl who weighs 400 pounds puts on a tube top and her fat looks like a busted can of biscuits.
