Girls look nice and feminine in dresses and cool and comfortable in shorts... I would do either or.
When do my grocery shopping I'd rather wear shorts and tanks it's just easier to deal with..
When I'm out at the mall or with my friends, I love wearing dresses they nice and cool in the summer... And not to forget the accessories and some fun summer sandals.

I would have to say dress. I wear a dress or skirt every day all day long after work. I wear a suit to work. Geez, does that get old... Anyway, under my suit I wear a bra, panty, and nylons, so changing into a skirt or a dress is easy. I especially love the feel of putting on heels. They are my favorite. So I am definately behind the dress, not the shorts...

Shorts and a tshirts are way more comfy, especially if u plan to enjoy urself outside without worrying of a breeze bllowing a skirt up. Dresses are more formal and i guess can be alright if u r just taking walking in manhattan for example.

I say a nice pair of cute cotton shorts or skirt and a tiny tee. I dont like dresses cuz they fly up in the back with the slightest breeze

Depends on the material of the two items. Usually a dress is nice a breezy if they are loose fitting and comfortable. Less restrictive than shorts can be.

I hate to say this but long sleeve of a very thin material is the best, it keeps you cooler pants same way thin material. I live in Texas dessert for 10 years, Crazy hu?

in a dress you definately get an updraft, but i find shorts and t-shirts to be more comfortable, plus it will still keep you cool in the summer!
