Here are some REALLY good, and very inexpensive ways to treat most acne at home. Try each method (unless you’re allergic to the ingredients) until you find one that works best for you. Good luck =) BTW, I know some of these may sound bizarre but try them…what have you got to lose other than the acne!!
1. Put toothpaste on your acne before going to bed. (Make sure it is paste not gel). It should reduce the swelling of acne noticeably.
2. Dab egg whites on your acne and leave on for 20 minutes or overnight. It’s supposed to pull the infection out of the blemish.
3. Wash acne infected areas twice a day with warm salt water. This reduces oils in the skin and helps to dry the acne up without further agitation.
4. Use ice on acne before going to bed. This works best on pimples that have not yet formed a head. It reduces swelling and helps to prevent scarring.
5. Wash and dab acne with cotton balls that have been soaked in vinegar. Let dry; do not wash off immediately.
6. Place strawberries leaves over your acne and the alkalinity will help to reduce the swelling.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Be careful if the body wash has moisturizers in it... I know Dove can be big on this, and though it may be good for your skin in some ways, especially if you have dry skin in some areas, it's not going to do a bit of good in break out prone areas. I would find start trying to apply something for acne treatment to your back.

Acne is a sign of infection or could also mean that you are allergic to something. Like the clothes you are wearing, so you use cotton is the preferred material for your clothes. You could try using lysol when you launder your clothes like me I do that because I'm sensitive. Just put a capful mixed with your soap. The problem could also be due to your bed. What type of bed do you have? The foam on a bed usually collects secretion like sweat and this could be a medium for bacterial growth. Much better if you just use a light bed mat. But if you prefer foam just dry it under the sun. I hope my answer have helped you.

Wear cotton. Don't scrub too hard. Try a different wash. See a dermatologist. Be thankful it is your back and not your face.
