I don't want no pills or anything or WW, or anything like that. I'm only 14. I don't want to do any muscle building right now. But I am like 25 pounds over weight. I'd like to lose 10 pounds in about 1 week so I can look good when school starts. I do have a fairly busy day, every day (babysitting my nephews). I can't do it then. How many miles should I run per day? I was thinking maybe 3-4, but is that enough? Also, after I get done with the first week, I'd still like to keep it off and lose 15 more. I'd be completely happy. (almost) I really want to lose fat around the stomach. I'm a guy. Maybe a little bit around the thighs. I suck at counting calories and carbs, so that won't help. Most things I eat don't have labels. I haven't had anything to eat today except a few diet sprites, water, and a peanut-butter sandwich. Any ideas on how far to go, how much to eat? Thanks!
