I've been trying to eat helther so I started eating apples and penut butter for breakfast almost every day for about two months. I just started breaking out this past week or so. Is there something in the apples or penut butter that might cause this?

It really has nothing to do, my father always told me it did and the doctors confirmed it didn't....always avoid using too many products formulatted with mineral oil, animal products or byproducts , the problem with using these as ingredients is that your skin is not absorbing it and it stays on the top making your pores clog and maybe seeing a temporry, it is like putting celophane paper on your skin and putting the lotions or cremes on it.... also, mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin, it would be like rubbing car oil on it and exposing yourself to the sun, the sun is #1 and it is the 90% of lines on your skin.... Avoid animal products because these do no get absorbed by our skin and they come from dead animals from the road, meatmarkets etc., you see there are these rendering plants (recycle for animals) that they pick all the dead animals and they put them in a huge pot, squash everything inside, boil it and what comes to the top is what companies use to formulate their "beauty" products... gross i know... the lipsticks, lip balms, eww ... anyway, use botanically based products for everything, skin care, makeup, body care, aromatherapy, i use arbonne products and they work just great, their skin care roducts are amazing only from plants no chemicals, nature, and their antiaging line is just awesomw, they are so convinced we will like their line that they have a 45 money back guarantee if we are not satisfied w/ their products we return and they give us our $ back, that is why i started to use them, because no other line does this, not estee lauder, lancome, none of them and well i had nothing to loose just the curiosity.. so i buy them online at: http;//arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com .. under shop online and i receive my products in my house with nobody bothering me nor pushing me to buy.... if i need help i can call a consultant but it would be up to you... anyway try them they are really great .....

No. Probably what is happening is that if you're eating better you're body is detoxing everything. So that means you skin too. And honestly peanut butter is really high in fat! You could breakout if you were allergic to one of the two, but that would have hap pend way before now. It could be a number of things. Stress, not cleansing your face properly, cell phone,it all depends also on where you are breaking out. If your trying to take better care of yourself you should also con cider taking better care of you skin too, it is the largest organ of the body and it does protect everything on the inside.

The apples don't give you break outs, but peanut butter can give you break outs, try not to eat that.

It is possible to develop an allergy to either of these foods. A peanut allergy can be fatal.

Some people are alergic to these items.

You've been eating them for two months, so it is likely something else that you are doing.

No, it's been scientifically proven that the food you eat (esp. chocolate, greasy food, etc.) has absolutely no effect on, or cause, acne.
