I have been looking around at sites such as topshop and oasis and river island and new look, but i cant seem to find a skirt to go with some black footless tights. i dont want the skirt to be black though.can someone help me please? im going to merry hill tomorrow with friends to help me find something, because i want something to where for a big party on tuesday.

Ummm, anywear you can buy a jean skirt. Try Urban Outfitters or Wet Seal.

PacSun and Wet Seal always have very cute skirts....My favorite store is Urban Outfitters though...
