I have used nair on my arm hair for a while. I do it once a month and have no problems. I do it just below the elbow, but it doesn't matter. The hair does not grow back thicker or coarser. If you wax though, it comes in thinner and slower.

You can use hair removers anywhere (externally). I used to use Nair, but the smell turned me away. Now I just shave.

Your hair will grow in thinner. Nair does something to the hair follicle to make the hair thinner.

no no no-- don't use nair! you'll really regret it. i used it a couple times and it totally messed up my hair growth. get it waxed-- it's really better for you. nair and shaving make your hair grow back thicker-- but waxing doesn't.
