Does your tan wash away if you go tanning and use lotion and take a shower right away?

I'm not badly sun-burned, maybe just a radiant pink. Anyways, I have a show tonight and I can't think of what I could wear that might make my burn less noticable. Any thoughts?

I just started breaking out these last couple of months. The breakouts are primarily on my cheeks. I have sensitive skin. I've tried neutrogena,avon etc. but they don't seem to work. I was wondering if i should use proactiv, but someone told me it might be too strong for my skin.HELP!!!!

now seriously, not stupid things like ewww why would you do that, etc. Because i'm not asking for opinions on how it would look.

I wanna get my lip pierced. Either just a ring on the right side of my lower lip or a monroe piercing. I like them both alot but think I should go with the one that is easier to clean and hurts less to get pierced.

so can anyone tell me from experience which hurts less =0?

why is it i hear so much about hair on a man being bleh, as opposed to the hairless?. i have hair on my chest and stomach. never have i had complaints.
is it the mother instinct to little boys that is the attraction? hair is the symbol of man hood and maturity

my hair has been falling out and I'm sick of wearing baseball caps to hide it. I've been seriously thinking of buzzing my head but I'm scared to death to do it. I'll probably have to grow facial hair which I hate but I don't want to look like a cueball. How did you bald guys finally decide to shave your head, and do women really like bald guys or is that all bs? I guess I could buzz it and keep wearing the caps if I look ridiculous.

Hi, I have thought of getting braids before, but I just don't know. I love it when I see it on black women and the few occasions of white women. Also, I think dreds (sp?) are so cool- like the witch in Narnia- that was hot!
I don't think I'd ever do dreds though b/c that it like, irreversible (I think).
Would braids even hold up in straight hair? I can see how the kink in black women's hair would help the braids hold together. I just don't know...

OK, I am working on exercise and losing weight, but meanwhile it's HOT where I live and I would really like to wear shorts, but I walk half a block and they start riding up on the inside of my thighs. Loose ones, tighter ones, medium length, long length - they all do it. I either have to yank the hem down every few steps (which is embarrassing to do in public) or walk around with the inside seams of my shorts bunched up into my crotch (which is even more embarrassing to do in public) or wear long pants (which is not comfortable in this heat)! Any suggestions on what I can do until I can drop some weight (which I am hoping will solve the problem!)?

I got a perm not veyr long ago, turned out to be a disaster so i got my hair straightened again and it destroyed my hair completely, it's not smooth anymore, feels like it's dead already. The salon lady used some really strong reconstructor on my hair and made it smooth for like a day or so, but i forgot the brand, anyone knows what brand is good?
