There are many different causes of hair loss - genetics (which accounts for the majority of male patterned baldness), medical conditions or medications (such as high blood pressure), stress, poor nutrition, etc.

If it is male patterned baldness and it is in the early stages (the first five years of loss), there is the potential of slowing down the process using products such as minoxidil.

Regular shampooing and cleansing of the scalp will help control the build up of sebum oils that suffocate the hair follicle.

Protect your hair and scalp with leave-in conditioners that contain sunscreen.

Maintain a healthy, well-balanced diet and take vitamins.

I know that it cannot be easy to deal with the thinning of your hair. If you are unable to find a hair restoration product, try shaving all of your hair off. Bald heads are very attractive! Whatever you decide, I wish you the best.
