im in great shape and i love my figure my bf says he loves my body but he says i should have big boobs whats up with this it make s me feel ensecure with my body and makes me want to get surgery just for him to stop making me feel bad abt myself can you tell me what to say to him

OK, well I'm only 13 and I tend to wear just jeans and t-shirts a lot. Now and again I'll wear just a cami or a tanktop. I like wearing cute clothes, but I don't like wearing super revealing stuff. I don't even own a bikini. Lately, a friend of mine has been telling me I should start dressing "sexier" if I want boys to like me. I know she's not trying to put me down or anything though. She tells me that her boyfriend likes it when she wears miniskirts and low-cut tops and her bikini. I've always thought it was kinda dumb when younger people wear stuff like that, but she says were getting older now, so it's alright and I won't look dumb. I always feel uncomfortable in that kind of stuff. Am I being immature? Should I change what I usually wear?

In the picture (click it to enlarge a little) I'm wearing black heels that are the same the link shows (please look) but in black... I was planning to wear the black ones, but a friend told me pink should be better. The black ones are awesome but in the same shoes there is pink, white and fuschia... I think the pink is better...
