The Bigger Secret that is Hidden Under the Eyes
Chinese medicine says that dark circles under your eyes or bags under your eyes are a sign of an internal problem, not just a skin problem. If they are dark that indicates toxic blood and the kidneys weakness in filtering your blood. If they are swollen that indicates sluggish filtration of your kidneys.

I'm not selling anything, so you can relax! LOL. And I realize that you're a guy so I won't recommend concealers or any kind of makeup that will look fake and even worse than your dark circles.

Sometimes, even when you eat properly and get enough rest, you will still have dark circles. Did you know that you can actually inherit dark circles under the eyes? I did! The cause is often genetic.

So, what to do, what to do? Treat the problem, don't try to mask it.

Tea Bags soak them then use a face cloth & let it sit there for 5 mins or even ice cubes my mom does that trick lol

If you cry alot, use potatoes or cucumbers. You can have cosmetic surgery. The cheapest is to invest in some type of cover-up foundation/ make-up.
