printing t-shirt?

I wanna print 200 t-shirts,with my own original picture.Quesstion is:
what's the best place to find blank t-shirts,and where should i
print them to get best deal.And one more question:does it depend on what kind of picture you have,either colorfull or B&W.Well..just tell me whatever can help me.

or walgreens special order
