OK, well I'm only 13 and I tend to wear just jeans and t-shirts a lot. Now and again I'll wear just a cami or a tanktop. I like wearing cute clothes, but I don't like wearing super revealing stuff. I don't even own a bikini. Lately, a friend of mine has been telling me I should start dressing "sexier" if I want boys to like me. I know she's not trying to put me down or anything though. She tells me that her boyfriend likes it when she wears miniskirts and low-cut tops and her bikini. I've always thought it was kinda dumb when younger people wear stuff like that, but she says were getting older now, so it's alright and I won't look dumb. I always feel uncomfortable in that kind of stuff. Am I being immature? Should I change what I usually wear?

You know, be who you want to be and don't change yourself for anyone. Heck I feel uncomftable in a Miniskirt too and low-cut tops, but then again i'm a guy too.. and I gotta say something your only 13 you got plenty of time in your life..

Wear what you feel comfortable in. Sexy isn't just the clothes, it's the attitude when you are wearing the clothes.
Do you wear a one piece bathing suit? Well maybe wear a halter bikini, which is one with a little bit more coverage. && you can always wear the boyshort bottoms.
Maybe you could accesorize more to give the "sexy" look without actually showing off your body too much. Or wear close fitting close, but not super tight && trashy.
Dressing sexier won't get boys to like you, but it'll get them to look at you. Maybe that's what you want, maybe not.

No, be yourself. If a boy likes you, he will like you no matter what you are wearing. You are too young to dress that way, anyway. Go for what you are most comfortable in and be an individual, that will make you more stunning to boys than if you look like all the other girls. The best thing you can wear with anything is a great smile.

I've found that if you don't feel comfortable in something you won't look good in it, even if it's the coolest outfit in the store...because if you aren't comfortable, you won't be as confident...and confidence is a better reason for a guy to like you than the fact he thinks he can get you into bed. Cause trust me, boys like revealing clothing because they think it means you'll sleep with them, and even if you don't...heck they've seen most of what you've got anyway. It's up to you what you wear...but I'd go for something you feel confident in over something revealing.

first off babe, dont let ANYONE infliuence who you are, or youll be "nonconforming jsut like everyone else" which means youll be different like everyone else.
thats bad. wear whatever your comfortable with.
your friend is giving an impression of "hey look at my boobs that i dont have since im 13, but guys when i get older, id show it off even more" now yes guys like that, but the WRONG KIND OF GUY likes that. you dont want a guy who only cares for you for "sex appeal" whcih you shouldnt really have at 13, but i understand also, i was there not long ago and theres a lot of preassure.
another thing, if your gonna start doing stuff, wear a mini and a tee. or jeans and a cami, please, dear god please, dont do both at 13, you may impress a 12 year old, but all the hott guys you see like 15 n 16 are gonna be like "wow she looks like a hoe, and she isnt even old enough to spell prostitute." theyll look at you, and laugh as soon as you walk by, jsut dont conform

You are only 13. Wait five more years when you reach 18. Your body would be more developed by then, making you really beautiful when you wear "sexier" clothes.
You know what? Those who are 13 years old feel they need to wear sexier clothes because they really aren't sexy YET. See? You don't get sexy by wearing sexy clothes when you don't have the sexy body yet. Boys will only feel cheated and disappointed or even annoyed if they see 13 year olds wearing sexy clothes over their plain, un-sexy, straight bodies.
If you are sexy enough, even at your age, you don't even have to wear sexy clothes to be noticed by boys or men. Boys or men know who is sexy or not. REVEALING clothes won't do the trick.
I see other girls wear sexy clothes but it doesn't make me feel insecure. Even if I wear simple, not sexy, not revealing clothes, I get noticed. It's the sexual appeal that does the trick.
Again, sometimes, it's not the sexy body but the sex appeal that makes one a head-turner.
Think sexy.

Don't change yourself for anyone. Only shallow guys go for the "sexy (slutty)" girls. Don't sweat it, guys will like you no matter what you wear if you have a nice personality. Besides, if you feel uncomfortable in those clothes, your nervousness will show and it may come off as low self-esteem. From what I hear, guys like girls who aren't afraid to be different; ones with confidence. Just remember: you are sexy no matter what you wear if you are confident wearing it! It's all in the attitude!!!

You should do what feels comfortable to you. Don't let your friend try to make you something you aren't. She should accept you for who you are if she is a true friend. and if she doesn't then she is being far more immature than anyone who just wanted to dress comfortably.
"Sexy" is the last thing you should be worried about right now, unless you are ready to start dressing like "Mommy" too.
Just be yourself.

the boys who like you because you wear sexy clothes arent the kind of boys you want there is a difference between trendy and sexy sexy can send out a bad signal and make people think you are easy if you dont feel comfortable in something you shouldnt wear it but i wouldnt go with baggy tees i would go for a nice fitted tee that shows that you have curves but leaves something for the imagination
