I wud like to use low-level cosmetic concelear for dark circles 'coz i have senstive skin under my eyes.

Well, it takes chemicals to make pigments into a paste so chemical free is probably impossible. That doesn't mean you can;t get something that has less harsh chemicals than typical department or drug store makeup. Your best bet is to go to a natural food store such as Whole Foods (wholefoods.com) and try some of their natural makeup. It's made from minerals and has brilliant pigments. I'll never go back to Dept. store makeup and I worked for Lancome for 3 years and had about 10 years worth of testers!!! That stuff is all crap once you try this stuff!
If you can't find a health food store then try lanerim.com that's one of the brands that whole foods sells. Not sure if you can order but it's worth a try.

Try Touche Eclat Radiant Touch from Yves Saint Laurent. It's specifically designed for getting rid of bags and dark circles under the eyes, not to mention it's very light-weight so I'm pretty sure your skin wouldn't have a reaction against it. It's gotten rave reviews (their best selling product, actually) and it works wonders :)

You can use some cucumbers under your eyes as well as some chamomile tea bags.
You take the chamomile tea bags, soak them in some cool water and squeeze the water out from it. Then, put it over your eyes and keep it on for a couple of hours.

well, I don't think there are any chemical-free products out there, since all products have at least one chemical in them...but I use Physicians Formula under eye conceler. It's really great and it lasts almost all day. Hope this helps!
