Alot of new fashions have been comming out calling for black shirts with brown belts or brown shoes. Some shirts, alone, have brown and black. How do you feel about incorporation of brown and black into a fashion getup?

I have my prom/ leaver's do tomorrow and i have a simple strappy red dress. I'm wearing with black round toe shoes but i dunno what to do with accessories? I have a pearl necklace which looks nice with it but at the moment my hands are jewellery free.... what would go with pearl necklace? or what other accessories would you suggest with a red dress? Also hair up or hair down?

Is it true that height, weight,muscle build, ethnicity, body type/shape, and age are all key factors to determining a persons ideal weight? If so, what would be the ideal weight for a 14 yr. old, 5'7'' tall, 141 lbs.,hour-glassed figured, medium framed, African-American girl? Can anyone tell me the problem with my hair?
They say that it's supposed to grow 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month, but it doesn't grow at all. I'm so frustrated.
It used to grow when I was a pre-teen, but not much.
I feel doomed and am so tired of short hair as a female because to me it's not very feminine.
I've worn hair extensions, wigs, etc. I've even braided my hair before bedtime but nothing seems to work. I've tried so called miracle stuff or all types and took hair vitamins in the past....nothing!
Do I need some sort of specialist? Does anyone else have this problem?
Also, I've tried the trimming route, hairdressers, vitamins, plenty of water, moisture, the whole route.
I belong to a few hair care boards and with the different suggestions and everyone else seems to be getting results.

well..i was out of town to go see my grandma...it was an emergancy so i didn't pack..i couldn't find a victorias secret in the town my grandma lives in so i went to walmart...i picked up a 38 B, and went to her house to take a shower, i put on the bra, but it was a little to tight, so i go back to walmart and try a 38 C wich fits perfectly, i go completely paranoid thinking i've probably put on a ton of weight, so my best friend who came along( who is a guy) said my boobs look bigger than usual, so then...i get back home this week, take a shower and put on a victorias secret bra wich is a 38 B and fits perfectly...could the sizes at walmart just have been wrong, or did i go trhough a week of dramatic change?
