Applying eyeliner?

When you apply eyelinner, do you have to apply it to the top AND bottom of your eye or can you just do one or the other and how can you apply it without it being an uneven line?

So what's the best thing to do for a WICKED bad sunburn?

I've heard two things:
*Take a HOT shower (or bath) - this will allow the heat from the lower layers of the skin to escape, thus eliminating blisters.
*Take a COLD shower (or bath) - this will cool the skin and prevent blistering and peeling.

Can I wear open toe heels with a pant suit to a job interview?

I have a black suit. Long black slacks, nice blouse and a matching black jacket.

I don't have a huge shoe selection since I just got out of the military.

I have a brand new pair of 2-1/2 inch heels. They are like six little tube like straps across the front of the toes, connected in the center with another little circular thing.

They wrap around the back and front of my ankle.

Do you think these would be appropriate for a job interview, or should I get out there and find a pair of closed toe shoes?

What are the best false eyelashes?

I've tried the cheapies from the drug store and they are not good.

I love Jennifer Love Hewitts'. She has GORGEOUS eyes!

I have a wedding that is a cocktail attaire event and I thought it would be fun to accent my eyes since I wear glasses.

When are girls supposed to start waring makeup....?

because im in the 5th grade...well im on summer break,and going to 6th,and some people in our grade are already wearing make-up,does that mean I should start,because when I see my friends put it on I just think that I shold wear it,but I don't want to until im like in 7th grade,or maybe higher,but all the 6th graders,which are 7th graders now,all of them wear make-up,because every once and a while,I will wear lip gloss,but not alot,because I don't really like make-up,and I don't know when to wear it,(im 11) and its all so confusing to me!

Hair removal and extremely sensitive skin?

I have extremely hairy legs and extremely sensitive skin. I tried laser hair removal and within 6 months all of my dark leg hair grew back, even though they said I was a good candidate and should have great results. It was a waste of a lot of money. I have tried shaving with every skin product available, and some food items that were suggested. I also have tried hair removal creams and waxing. still my legs become red, hot and inflamed within 24 hours of the hair removal. Plus hair grows back quickly, stubly within 3-4 hours after shaving, 24-48 hours after everything else. I went to a derm. they sent me to the laser people which did not work. HELP PLEASE
