you will need a good chlorine removing shampoo such as ultra swim (walgreens or cvs sells it and other drug stores) then you will need a deep conditioning treatment such as regis olive oil deep conditioning masque like twice a week. use a good moisturizing conditioner on days you don't deep condition.

If you can/want to, I'd start with a haircut or a trim to get rid of the bulk of damaged hair. Then use a regular or moisturizing shampoo and an extra-moisturizing conditioner. Pantene is pretty good. You might also want to consider a leave-in conditioner or a hot oil treatment.

Well first off, go and get the damaged ends cut. And i cant tell you what kind of shampoo and conditioner to use b/c i don't know what type of hair you have so you should ask a hair stylist. One that can study your hair and tell you whats best for you

Yes, I agree with Queen I use John Frieda and it does work very well and try the serum to it helps with frizz and makes your hair silky. DO NOT use Pantene Pro V my hairstylist said that Pantene is made from the same company as Tide liquid. Tide and Pantene have the same ingredients. You can imagine how Tide works to clean clothes and the chemicals are to harsh for your hair and scalp. I used Pantene once and my hair was starting to thin and become brittle. Good luck and keep in mind to try John Frieda it works well also Dove is good. P.S. maybe use a swim cap when swimming to protect your hair from chlorine.

You need to go to a salon that sells the good products. I am sure they can fix you right up.
