lots of things, mainly that she is fat, or being mean(for some reason.... ie - "stop being a cow..."
i never got the latter though!

Well - it could mean any number of things - possibly that she is not very cooperative and responsive. Like the problems Farmers have when they try to bring the cows back from the fields to the Barn - some of them have a mind of their own and want to go in a different direction. The Male point of view is that women should do what they are asked to, Once upon a time - women enjoyed doing that but times have changed.

unfortunteky it means he thinks she is big and FAT. you know looks like a cow. if some guy called you that blow it off .

In my country means she is a whore. Here in US, I would consider she is fat. Ahhh, it can be considered fat too in my country if says for example, she is heavy as a cow, than it would be like saying she is fat, but if you say only she is a cow, people there ,will assume she is a whore.

It might mean that they think the girl eats a lot, or that she is overweight. :( so mean!! I hope no one said that to you! :)
