I essentially have a digital photo and want to clean it up a bit and remove some blemishes such as pimples and so forth. What software do I need and how do I do it?

Also, if possible, how to I add a slight tan to someone who is really pale?

Thanks.

I'm trying to surprise my pregnant wife by taking her to a portrait studio somewhere here in L.A., where i'm hoping she can take some pro studio pictures. She's constantly getting down on herself about not feeling beautiful, and i think her weight gain from her pregnancy has the most to do with it. I want to take her out and let her know she his an amazing, astoundingly beautiful woman. Can anyone help me out??? If you know of any studios in the L.A. area or any websites it would be much appreciated.
Thank You.

What are the best settings to use on a digital camera at night to take landscape photos?

I can over-ride the automatic settings, but need eduating about which manual settings to change, and why.

I am using the optical zoom option and a basic built-in flash at the moment.

Thanks

Dear Friends,

I'm planning to buy a digital camera. Please help me in selecting the right one. My priorities r as follows:

1. Price: Under 15,000 INR. (+_ 500 permitted) (333 US$ aprox)
2. Should be capable of quality video recording.
3. Should be handy. BUT PICTURE QUALITY COUNTS ABOVE ALL.
4. Should have a bit of manual adjustments.

Please help me. I've selected a few models like CANON POWERSHOT A540, NIKON COOLPIX L5. What about SONY and KODAK?

I'll remain grateful to all of you if you please leave your valuable comments.

What is sharpness? Is this a image quality factor question (image sharpness), or depth of sharpness, a composition factor question (how many objects in the scene got sharpped)? I quess this question is more about image quality. Can aperture control image quality? But, how you answer the question: one way to control sharpness in a picture is with aperture, T or F?
