It's nice, but avatars of a close-up of an eye are getting to be rather cliche.
Still, it is well done, and the fact that it is black-and-white makes it even more dramatic in my opinion.
For originality, I give it a 2, but for the composition itself, I give it an 8.

Great, dynamic play of lines and smooth degradation in shades. Inventive contrast between downer and upper half, compliments to linear fragmentation and composition. This was in specific terminology to let you know it is really good!!

It is difficult to see, but once you do see your eye, it is very nice
