Install motorola mobile phone tools and
connect using usb/bluetooth.
MPT is pretty self explanatory, just drag and drop
you can do ringtones as well.!

You should have gotten a wire that plugs into the back of your PC sort of like using a digital camera to put pic's on your computer. The only difference is in the size of the wires. And if you didn't get this wire with your phone you can go back to the store where you purchased your phone and they should be able to supply you with one.

i have a kyocera and no way to download so I sent the pictures to my email address and transferred them from email to desktop hope this helps good luck
