The best bet is to download a free trial version of photoshop from the adobe website. Then take the sponge tool from the tool bar(under the dodge tool that is shaped like a lollipop), then change the settings at the top of the screen to Desaturate. That takes out the color and makes them just black and white so there is no yellow. Then go back to the dodge tool where can lighten the teeth to make them brighter. Be careful with that tool because it makes things very white. So try a setting of 10% first. I did this all the time when working at a newspaper and would have to brigten the smile of pictures for Real Estat Agents. GOOD LUCK~!

An excellent program, though a bit challenging to learn, is Photoshop Elemens, verse 2 or 3 or 4 or 5. With it, you can easily whiten teeth. And much, much more. Look for it on Amazon.com.

Use photoshop. Try selecting the teeth with the polygonal lasso tool. Then, bring up the hue/saturation box by pressing ctrl+u. Adjust the lightness or darkness of the part you selected by sliding the third bar.
Or, after selecting the teeth, you can try creating a new layer, setting it to multiply, and then painting over the teeth with your desired color and opacity.
