The picture shows two girls maybe from the pilgrim age, it looks like the oldest girl is playing a violin and the little girl is begging for money with her hand out.

My 1st question asked; Was if anyone could recommend a good adhesive frisket film/paper for airbrushing that won't bleed through onto the painting? My answer I received was rediculous! So I asked another question; Is there anyone into fine art?, explaining that I only wanted to hear from REAL artist. My response back surprised me! I didn't mean to offend so many of those who have no natural-born gifted artistic talent! I have a Masters degree in Art but I'm proud to say I wasn't a taught Artist. Why is it so hard to admit there really is a HUGE difference in the creativity, style, proportion and talent between a gifted and taught artist? I have no complaints against a gifted artist who hasn't took any classes to learn all the technology of it all, because it all comes naturally for them anyway! At least, with me it did. Those taught artist have to take classes to learn the technology, because they can't learn it on their own. Sorry! The truth hurts sometimes!

Studiorameshwaram is an online indian art gallery. Till recently it was a dedicated showcase of my paintings. I wish young and talented artists of India to come forward and join us free of cost. My main moto is to promote indian art in the world. We do not take any commission on sale of any art work of other artists from this site.

Greetings!

My sister is bi-polar, and she has recently found self-expression via artistic means to be extremely therapeutic. For Christmas, I was hoping that I could provide her with a decent set of supplies so that she may continue this "art therapy."

Can anyone recommend a kit or set of supplies to get her going? Thanks in advance!

How much pressure is used to make the foam? How much foam is really needed? Should I add curves or smudges or lines??? I can't seem to get a handle on this at all. Thank you for any advice.

Since I have been working on larger watercolours I am finding that I seem to be dropping some of my water on the paper and unfortuntely do not see it until after it dries......leaving of course an imperfect spot; usually in the worst places.........how to I fix this without overworking the paint area?

I would like to hear only from the naturally gifted artist ... not the learned (taught) artist. Not that I have anything against the artist that were not gifted with this talent from early in life. Anyone can learn anything they put their minds to; but when it's a natural gift or inherrited in the genes gift, there is no compare to the talent. There are too many want-to-be artist (amatures) than there are the real naturally talented artist. And there is a HUGE difference in their work. I had asked 1 question on this site and got one answer that didn't make any sense what so ever. Any honest artist out there?

This is just on of the examples. I am a painter. But in the last 2 years I can't concentrate on any of my work. I have the pictures, drawing in my head...It's just that I cant focus on doing it...It's not that I'm bad at painting or anything...oh, no ! So what can I do to focus on my work and loosen up, relax so I can't be distracted by other things ?

I am a fine artist, and I would like to use photographs of ballet-dansers to make paintings from. Do I get in trouble if I don't have model release forms of the actual ballet-dancer who was onstage that I am painting? A balletgroup will perform soon here in my neighbourhood.

A couple of days ago I saw an article on Yahoo! that had a couple of links to places that will create an Andy Warhol type painting (like the one he did of Marilyn Monroe) of you, your pet, your kids, etc. Does anyone happen to have a link to that article or one of the websites for the providers of that service? I would like to give one of these as a gift for Christmas.
