I'm looking for one of his proyects, it's called the House of the Woodcutters, not the guards, it's a one floor house with a neoclasic facade, designed somewhere about 1750. It never got built. Where can I find the drawing of it? I've looked all over the internet and still not found it, only got a sketch in my historybook. I need a more detailed one.

I was going through my attic and I found a tube. When I opened it, I found a parchment-like piece of paper that is so fragile the sides are beginning to crumble. It is a copy of the Declaration of Independence for the United States. At this point, I'm not certain what to do to find out if it is real. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If so, do you possess something known as the 'second sight' where if you look at an object, you immediately notice the geometric shapes that make it up? Can you teach me?

I visited the museum yesterday, and did not write down the name of this artist; now I can't find him. As you walk into "The Art & Artifice of Science" exhibition there is a digital video, 5 minutes in length, the evolution from fish to man. Does anybody know who did this?

Well, after about 3 years of being artistically dead, I have refound it and have just gotten back into art, from drawing to music.
For more research and inspiration hopefully, my friend recommended Art Galleries and Museums which i have no idea how to approach. She said as I live in New York, there shoudl eb some of the best exhibits and such and a true experience waiting to be found.
I'm a total novice at this so i was wondering are these places I can just go up to and walk in to? Or pay and then go in? Or are there certain schedulings and such I should know about before going in?
Basically I'm looking for somewhere that has some good art, paintings, drawings, sculptures, anythign really worth looking at and visually studying by myself.
So any help, suggestions, tips and advice are needed!!
Also if anyone knows any good places to go that would also be awesome! If its any help I live in Bayside, NY.

....a sales invoice for this exact piece from 1983. It was sold for $3,000. This, of course, sparked my interest. I called up the galleries that represented him, and found out that his pieces go for $5,000 to $20,000. They recently sold a 5 x 7 inch piece for $8,000. My piece is two feet by three feet. I need money (starting career & growing family) and I want to unload the piece. FYI, the artist works/lives in my city & teaches at an ivy league. My question is, how do I go about seliing this piece - knowing nothing about art sales - without getting ripped off by a more knowlegeable broker? Are there steps/caveats that I should be aware of in doing this process? Should I contact the artist? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
