I agree that art is a form of expression but its also a way of communication. Before photography and television we learnt about the world through art. It was a way of letting people know about culture, fashion, wealth, social issues etc...

Art is life, literally, it's a form of expression and the basis of all life. Everything is art in one form or another. from the beginning of time art has been here with us, even before us!
