Creationists believe that something, be it personal or impersonal, caused this universe to suddenly exist, as we experience it today...

Scientists study fossil evidence, along with data that can hold up in a court of law, without any reasonable doubt...
The theory of evolution, is just a fancy word for change...and everything does change, doesn't it?

Why can't both concepts be true, and valid?

Robert Adrey theorized in his book ‘The Killer Ape’ that during evolution early man fragmented into separate heredity types, with many developing aggressive genes and the rest retaining more passive genes. The fragmentation continued, he suggests, as like-minded sub-cultures developed and the different sub-cultures started distancing themselves from each other. And that these gene types were passed down from generation to generation, to the extent of explaining why some cultures and sub-cultures tend to be more aggressive than others.

How predominate a role do you think hereditary genes play into the more violent personality types? Collectively or individually? And if it's strictly an individual trait how would this account for certain cultures tending to be more aggressive than others?

How could a being that experiences time at a different rate ever communicate with one that has a totaly different rate of time experience? Sorta like if you had one person who could see the pulse from ?florescent? lights world would look to someone who couldnt see the pulse. Only on a much scale where the whole world would be at a different rate of pulse.

I have a tendency to rely on people. People who are self-reliant appear to be more mature.

what would you say to me to make me change my mind? Can you convince me that this life is worth living? Or you'll just tell me go for it (if you thought of it you're not worth living right)? No nonsense about God...or else :) And have in mind that I'm not a simple person.

Where do you go in your mind to get away from the real world when you need to get away. Is there a forest in your mind that you travel, and created, or a child hood memory that brings you up. Is it a scent that you remember, or what. Where do you go, even if its just for a moment, to give you the rest you need and strenght to move on?
