Would you regard the note or act as though nothing had happened and trash the note, realizing that the note may be credible and your life would end shortly?

I think we all have a hard time digesting what comes next too quickly. What if I woke up one morning, fainted, rushed to the ER and was told me I have a few hours to live? I'd probably be in denial. I won't digest it, even with credible medical declaration that my life is about to end. If it were just a note, I'd throw it aside and laugh it off. Macho. At night, things would settle in and I'd start to feel it in my subconscious. Instinctive turns to check my back, scares from shadows, paranoid checks on the locks. After a day I'd start rummaging for the note in garbage. Two days later I'd make a police report, even with me being out of the danger zone already.
(oh the drama!)
The point is that it may take time to work up a scare.

I f i woke up one Morning and found that note stating I was going to die today, i would try and find out who put it there, because if you really was going to die, they would not leave a note with such writing, you just would die, that day no matter what. I am a Person that has to see to believe, so,if for sure I was going to die and never see my family again i would do what i have been doing since my Kids were smaller call them and tell each and everyone of them that I loved them a lot and would be waiting for them with the Almighty God, when it was time for them to be with him.

I would be worried that I slept though the intruder in my house, and knowing that I could've already been dead when I woke up.
Unless you've just got a bunch of murdering type enemies, I'd contact the police and give the note to them. With details regarding who I thought left it. At least the responsible party would have some chance of being caught. Not very beneficial to me once I'm DEAD, but I'd hate to see them get away with it.

If I didn't run like hell, I would probably sit down somewhere, and ponder the validity of the threat. The first thing to do is determine the degree of its credibility.
Where did you"find" it?
Do you know for sure who wrote it?
If you are, do you think this person is capable of homicide?
Are you married? Talk it over with your husband.
If not, your parents, siblings or friends.
Depending on how frightened you are after you've processed the above, would determine your course of action, if any.

keep in mind that we can't escape death, if you found this note when you woke up, the simplest thing to do is do everything as much as you could that you think is best for you and for others. the most important thing that you will be regreted after death is that you didn't fulfill your dream.

Found that note yesterday. It proved true for the guy who wrote it. And as I am typing this, it's obvious it wasn't me who wrote it.
I agree with the guy one line up!

I know for sure death can not be predicted, not even in cases of terminal illnesses...... I would, however, be keen to find out who authored the note and why!!
