We're house hunting and on a very tight budget- under 100,000. We DO NOT want to live in a city, despite is being cheaper and we are REALLY not big on townhouses/row homes. There are two properties we have been looking at -

One is is in a BEAUTIFUL area where the land itself would SURELY go up in value over time. It is a single wide mobile home with a stick build permanent addition. This one does not currently have a permanent foundation but we would add one in time if we purchased this.

The second one I'm not sure if it considered a mobile or manufactured home. It's in a really nice country area with lots of farmland, and the home is on a permanent foundation already and is in immaculate condition and completely renovated- looks just like a really nice little ranch home, pretty much.

Now both properties are titled with the land, and there's very little else at this time to consider because of our budget. My only concern is would the property values go up in either situation?

This one is especially for the ladies. Have you ever had an old guy, (and I mean old like 70s, 80s ish), try to flirt with you? What did you do about it? For some reason I feel like I have to be nice and giggle even though it's totally disgusting! I guess it's because we have to respect the elderly... I literally have to hide from a client at work because he insists on staying after his appointment to talk and stare at me.

(I asked a question similar to this one not too long ago, but that client came in today and he really bothers me!)

Many Christians view nonChristians as people who have not yet come to understand the "truth" of their Christian beliefs, therefore lost and confused.
They look at homosexuals and bisexuals as confused.
Pretty much any type of thinking that does not coincide with their own somehow equates to confusion.
I often hear them claim that athiests are just confused.
Most atheists became atheists because they started out being confused and finally made a decision after gather and analyzing information.
Most Christians neglect to take information from various sources, measure and study this information from a neutral and unbiased apporach, and then conclude something based on their studies. They instead, have preconceived ideas and notions and base their decisions on how this new information must somehow be wrong if in contrasts with what they believe to be true. This to me sounds like minds that are much more confused.

I would first of all like to thank the contributors who have responded to my Eurostar questions on this forum; your help has been tremendous and I appreciate it!

In May of 2008, I'm going to backpack with my boyfriend in Europe, albeit only a few countries. Below is my schedule, using a Eurail Pass. (16 day trip)

fly into Madrid
overnight train to Barcelona
train to Avignon (day trips to Arles and Aix en Provence)
train to Paris
train to Amsterdam
train to Brussels (day trip to Bruges)
Eurostar to London
from London, fly home

My hangup is coming in with the Brussels/Bruges part. From what I can figure out, I am going to have to backtrack on the train to go to Bruges. I mean, I wanted to do it logically: Amsterdam to Bruges, then Bruges to Brussels; if I did it that way, I'd be in Brussels the morning I need to leave from Brussels on the Eurostar. However, it looks like I have go Amsterdam to Bruges via Brussels, so either way, I'm going to have to buy a point to point.

HI my dvd drive won't recognize disks anymore. whenever I put in a disks the light flashes and nothning happens. When I check the drive on my computer nothning comes and it says the that the rive is working well. I've even tried updating it and it still doesn't work. And the drive DID WORK BEFORE. IT doesn't recognize CD's or DVD's. any help is appreciated!!!!

Well me and my sweetie have been talking for about 2 month TODAY....Everything is great we talk at least 2 times a day, but he travels a lot with his brother (he is an artist).
