ok i went wit dis boy @ my school and i loved him for a long time. people has been tellin me stuff about him to get us to break-up. so i was acting real insucure. then next thing i know he told me he didnt like me anymore. i love him so much all i do is think bout him. i wrote a note tellin him that and apoligizing. what should i do? what if he wont gimme another chance? pleaz help me.............

I usually spend about 30 minutes doing cardio exercise per time in the gym which is 3-4 times per week. I use the bike and two types of eliptical trainers. I do weight training on one or two muscle groups each time too.

The issue is, although my diet is rich in whole grains, low fat dairy, fruits, veggies and lean meat, I am not seeing much reduction in body fat. I've been doing this routine for 4 months now.

I'm a 25 year old female.

What can I do to maximize my cardio time at the gym? I have no problem getting my heart rate up and it usually is anywhere from 155-189 bpm when I'm doing cardio.

its the american eagle all-access pass. which i thought that at first was a stupid little coupon book or something like that. but after i filled out the forms i realized that it was more like a credit card! my parents are going to kill me once it comes in four to six weeks. i really really love that store and they are most likely to stop me from going there or take away my debit card. i can't figure out how to cancel it online and that seems to be my only option. please help me!

I am in the ninth month of my pregnancy and I feel one of my triplets head slowly creeping down my cervix. I'm afraid that even though I call someone for help, it will be to late. I'm especially scared because I am carrying triplets and it's my first pregnancy.

Current developed countries have for centuaries gone through various stages; from gatherers to agrculture to steam engine power to mass production factories up to current technology etc. We are seeing less developed countries taking taking long strides, acquiring current technology for example, which took long periods for developed nations to reach. Are these big leaps helpful to LDCs in achieving 'developed country' status when they have not done fisrt things first?

I have a 8month baby & cook 3 meals everyday for myself and my hubby. Pls don't even suggest him to help....its useless! ow do i keep myself & my kitchen organised.
