Can I buy cosmetic products at a duty free shop in Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris, France and bring them into the cabin?

Yes you can, on ONE condition: Only if you are flying DIRECT. Meaning - if you have to change planes in New York to get to another destination in the USA - they won't allow it - you'll have to find a postoffice in the airport and mail it to yourself - or else they will make you throw it out. However, if for example you are flying from Charles De Gaulle to Chicago and that's your final destination. You're fine.

I think that once you are through security you can buy and bring anything you like home unless you are flying to the States/Canada etc when there are still restrictions.
