I have a problem with a son's teacher, ok now first of all my son is no angel. he has adhd and odd. but does that give a teacher the right to grab him. it all started will i got a call from the school and said he was having a bad day. and asked me if i could pick him up instead of him riding the bus i told them i would. i talked to him on the phone and asked him what happened and he said another kid started to yell at him and my son got in trouble for it. i told him not to worry that i would be right there to pick him up since school was out. when i got there i went into the prinipals office to get him and i told him letst go his teacher told me that we needed to talk because the story he told me probably was not the truth. i looked at her and said You are calling my son a liar. and she said yes i am
i told him lets go and she grabed his arm and told him no.
i told her to let go of him twice i finally had to move her hand off of his arm.. is it legal for her to do that?????

I've heard that some pets freak out before anural disasters such as an earthquake is about to hapen, and that wild animals flee the area, and I have to admit that I had lived it, when I used to live in Mexico there was an earthquake which epicenter was some where in Durango state. when it reached Zacatecas State, in Jerez (where I used to live) I had just taken a shower and I was watching TV and started feeling a little dizzy, then my momk came out and telled, "Esta Temblando!!" zomg It was an ancient house (literaly, like rebolutionary days house (about 100 years old)) powder started droping fron the high sealing, we went outside at the middle of the yard (which was acually in the middle of the house, and the rooms where around it) the trees started skaking and the lightbulbs (holded by a looooong wire from the sealing) roked in a circle.... I was the most scarry thing I've ever felt, eventhough it was a literaly gentle rocking it didnt destroy anything just like.. *rock*anyways......

People do understand that while there are 141,000 troops in Iraq only about a third are actual combat troops in the sense that they go out on daily patrols. Units like Armored, Infantry, & Military police. Mechanics, Cooks & other support troops dont normally do guard duty, patrols, check points, raids, or other "combat" issues nor do nurses or doctors even if some support troops carry guns. Obviously they all know how to fight & shoot but they don't all do it on a daily basis so why tied the military's hands even more? The media reports there being 141,000 troops theres really only a third of that are actually "policeing". I think there's more then 141,000 law enforcement troops in california or Texas which are both said to be about the size of Iraq so either way Iraq is relatively calm given the over all numbers even compared to other wars. Why must we tie the hands of the military even more? Why why why
