You can do this many way's. The easiest is to get a crossover Ethernet cable, allow your Mac sharing to see Windows. Set you PC music file to allow it to share. Then in the finder window on you Mac, select go, Connect to server and browse. You should see all shared files available on your PC, then simply copy them to your Mac.

It's really that easy, I do it all the time.

Help, Networking on you Macs finder will give you exact details.

Oh and also if you have tunes you bought through iTunes, here's how to lose the DRM so you can play them freely. Burn an audio CD from your PC of only apple purchased songs. Then on your Mac import that CD as mp3's (iTunes, Pref, Adv, Importing, MP3) and bye bye DRM.

Yes you can. I know for sure you can transfer music you have put on there yourself. Transferring music that you've bought might not be possible, I'm not too sure.
