Depending on how the game goes a team can theoretically use their entire pitching staff. Most teams carry 12 pitchers. If a team runs out of pitchers it can use any of the position players.

usually teams use around 3 to 4 pitchers. The starter should go about 6 then the middle relievers usually 1 or 2 depending on the coach go one inning and then the closer tops it off.

I have never heard of a team using all of their pitchers during one game esp in the pros. I don't think they can risk that! The most I have ever seen is the Ace or starting pticher, and maybe 3 Relief pitchers.
