My friend and I invited my teacher and his wife for a meal.*She studied my course as a minor.She once used to bring her boyfriend(same faculty) along which was fine with me.Since it made the conversation more interesting.But,she decided to bring her new boyfriend along the next time,someone we all don't know.He didn't talk more than 10 sentences and it caused the whole conversation lapsed to professor making fun of me not having boyfriend.I was feeling awful since 3hrs were all about this topic.Am I being petty for being angry at her?

Every time I want to save a game the screen says the slots A and B are empty, but I want to save games via the SD memory card slot in the front. Do I need to connect to the internet? And why isn't it locating the SD card for saving? Thanks

After reading the Newsweek feature article this week on the treatment ( or lack there of) of our war veterans, watching the Bob Woodruff special on TV, and following the stories about Walter Reed Hospital - I am totally apalled and morally outraged at what our servicemen and women are being subjected to. I had no idea how serious the problem is or how widespread this problem is. If you have not been following this story - you need to check into the facts. It is astounding how many wounded there are and how serious the injuries are. Many are still waiting for treatment and disability benefit MONTHS and sometimes a YEAR after their return. My question is this. What can we do to help remedy this travesty? I would be especially interested in what military familes and or servicemen have to say. I have been against this war from the beginning - but still love and respect those who serve. What can we do to help?

My first guess was that it was catabolic due to the fact that it takes glucose and breaks it down to pyruvate while releasing energy in ATP. It also is oxidative in the sense that NADH is generated. Though on the internet I read it was an anabolic pathway. Can someone please explain or give a good link.

I'm using an online calculator to run a series of t-tests. The calculator requires a mean, an SD and N for both groups, no problem. However, when I get my T-score it also gives me the degrees of freedom. I would expect a consistant DF of 209 since I'm working with an N of 210 (both groups combined) but the program is giving me DFs ranging from the 20s to the upper hundreds. Am I missing something here? Can you help me understand?
