would you like to see and what would you buy? if you can give me one of each. Traditional or trendy

Trendy but not in an intimidating way! A lot of nice modern sandwich places are good but they intimidate me by being too modern and minimal and I don't feel comfortable in them. I think mixing traditional and trendy would be a good way to go, maybe trendy decorating(like wall colours or art) but traditional layout(like an old cafe, little tables etc) Also by mixing the two you'd get a bigger clientele because older people would want to come in as well. What I'd want to buy- herb teas:lots of different kinds, its so annoying when you ask for a herb tea and they only have peppermint or camomile! And humous as a sandwich filling, humous and red peppers is a nice one!

Turkey with crushed up bits of bacon with lots of mayo on toasted white bread - a triple decker - yum.

Egg Mayo with spring onion on a crispy baguette

Shredded duck within a wrap.

Also if you are opening a juice bar you will probably have smoothies - best smoothie is 1 muller lite vanilla yogurt, ice, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries wizzed up - delish!

Good luck with your new business!

Always have stuff with mayonnaise in. Make it lowfat, whatever, but always have mayonnaisey stuff on offer.

Greek salad - always popular. To give it a twist add sunblushed tomatoes - yum yum yum!

Chicken salad sandwich (don't skimp on the mayo now!)

Chicken tikka wrap.

I love goat's cheese so a goat's cheese sandwich/wrap or salad would be good.
Something with Proscuitto or parma ham in it would be tasty too.
I love going to places that offer you alternative foods to the boring ham, chicken etc ... fillings.

Ya gotta have a low carb WRAP. Many companies make them. Diabetics, low carb dieters and people in general love to lower their calories. Include a low carb wrap for certain!
