In an earlier question i stated that i was an american married to an non citizen! I think i was just letting you know in which country i was in sorry for the way i worded it!I dont feel that i am better then anyone else! All i am worried about is our daughter and I know he has rights! I am just worried and i dont want to take her away from him or anything like that! Just want what is best for her and i dont know who to talk to or what to do!

I didn't see your original question.. but if you're wondering who to talk to you should find yourself a lawyer, to figure out all the rights!

Don't think you have any rights until you check it out at the American embassy. You could be thinking wrong. You should get to know somebody there anyway if you are an American.
