Sometimes these so called tests there are no right or wrong answers. They can be an array of questions where you tick boxes.(I hate them). Or series of arithmetical sums and visual drawings. such as scout ropes ,what ties up and what does not,or the merely maybe a bit like the highway code ,testing you on your ability to understand instructions.Do not be put off by any of these tests.
Just ask how long is required to answer each question.
And best wishes on your success!

I recently had an interview with nationwide and they asked loads of questions and most of them were completely irrelevant to the actual job - hopefully they do better interviews at Halifax - I did not get the job!

They will ask you stupid questions like "tell me when you did this or that or had a difficult situation - how did you solve it/ how did you help a colleague and such like".
Dont look on it as a long term job. Get your training and exams at their expense then get out!!!

Best to go in singing and dancing doing some sort of back flips.
