I feel a little like I have a handover. Dull headache, eyes sensitive to light, and no energy. Sleeping-in wasn't to catch up on lost sleep or due to illness or staying up late. I go to bed at my normal time, and because its a week end I don't set my alarm. Any ideas?

I don't buy into the more loaded comparisons that Bush is a genocidal fascist like der Fuhrer, that some folks more left of left have made. BUT in seeing how Bush's plans for Iraq mirror Hitler's Russian campaign, I'm beginning to think he needs to let more experienced field commanders decide how best to handle the campaign (perhaps not even invading Iraq in the first place, but that's all said and done...unfortunately). His latest plan just seems too little, too late..

My bf wants me to sleep over his house. I am 20 and my parents dont like me sleeping out, and when I tell my bf he tells me not to think about what they say. Everytime I tell him about how and what my parents say it amuses him. It got to the point that my mother dont hardly speak to me that much. At first It didn't bother me but now I feel like he doesn't respect how I feel when i say I dont want to sleep over. He says he want us to move in together and I feel that then we would be together without having to worry about me having to go back home on time or whatever. But now I dont know what to do.

Commonsense tells me that they will get back at the same time, both having averaged 20mph but a collegue insists that one would get back earlier and there is a discrepancy I can't work out. The second person will be half-way back when the first person arrives at point B but then will reduce his speed to a third, having a quarter of the distance left. Can anyone explain this in a simple mathematical model and put us out of our misery?

My parents wished their home re-built (in Maryland) and went thru a contractor. Per the contract, the house was going to be completed in four months. It took them 14 months to finish about 80% of the work promised. Two days ago they informed us that they were filing for bankruptcy. Our worst nightmare came through.

Judging by average annual income, property values, percentage of the population earning at least 6 figures a year, etc., etc. What town, statistically speaking, is Britain's most affluent? It seems that on every conservative talk show that I have listened to most "whites" feel or seem to feel threatened by multiculturalism. What is it about multiculturalism that bothers you so much? I have heard Rush say that it poses a threat to Traditional Values, Hannity has said that it is the "libs" trying to get back at us" and etc. etc. etc. I just cannot understand how learning about the diversity of this country can be so polarizing in "white" circles.

I just have a sneeky suspicion that it has something to do with 2050 (No racial majority in the U.S.) If we are a nation that prides itself on democracy and brotherhood, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THAT BOTHER ANYONE, unless you are racist.
