Judging by average annual income, property values, percentage of the population earning at least 6 figures a year, etc., etc. What town, statistically speaking, is Britain's most affluent? Please don't say London because it is a region in itself. I'm thinking it will be in either Surrey or Berkshire, but I might be wrong.
