It gives them something to think about while waiting for their welfare checks to come in.
Not getting a job, causes their minds to remain childish.
(Kind of like having a little "imaginary friend", their whole life.

It absolutely amazes me the number of people who buy into this insanity. And, judging from the postings on this forum and a few conversations at the local coffee shop, they're out there and they're scary!
They have no response to questions relating to all of the terror and murder committed by the Islamic radicals around the globe which finally culminated in 9/11 - due at least in part to our failure to respond effectively.
Nor are they interested in any valid and verifiable proof that some of their contentions and conclusions are easily debunked.
Added note - every single person that I have encountered who puts any validity in this theory discounts the very thorough bipartisan report as nothing more than propaganda - yet not a single one has taken the time to read it !
I honestly believe that if the report had been produced as a video with a slick sound track and powerful visual images, this theory would not exist.

This is not a partisan issue...it is a people issue. I think you should ask yourself why some people are thinking and questioning, while others are just blindly following and believing what they are told. I'm not a conspiracy theorist and, in general, I have little time for them. But given enough information, I investigate things. I challenge the data, and make my own conclusions. Why don't Republicans do the same? You can - at the end of the day - decide that the conspiracy stuff is all crap, but at least you've used your brain and decided it for yourself. Instead of sticking your head in the sand. "My country right or wrong" is a dangerous philosophy in today's world...and could well be the end of America as we know it if it continues.

Are you serious???

You obviously support your president and his war. When do you ship out for Irag?

Left wing conspiracies.

You must mean the conspiracy that Bush was cooking the books to get us into a war with Iraq?

Maybe the conspiracy that Nixon had something to do with the watergate break in?

No you must mean the conspiracy that American troops were in Cambodia and Laos?

Maybe the vast left wing conspiracy that someone in the Whitehouse leaked Valerie Plames name to discredit her husband because he dared to disagree with king Bush.

Lets talk about right wing lies.

Iraq has weapons of mass destruction.
Iraq was involved in the attack on the twin towers etc.
This war is not about the oil.
Gays are undermining marriage.

Why do NeoCons hate America so much.
And why are they so much better at being crooks and liars than any other group.
Your party is sinking... sinking.. melting.. melting..

EXAMPLE: This is Ted K talking to the GOPS about NOT passing a simple minimum wage increase (has not been passed in 10 years.. gee wonder why?)

Do you have such disdain for hard-working Americans that you want to pile all your amendments on this? Why don’t you just hold your amendments until other pieces of legislation? Why this volume of amendments on just the issue to try and raise the minimum wage? What is it about it that drives you Republicans crazy? What is it? Something. Something! What is the price that the workers have to pay to get an increase? What is it about working men and women that you find so offensive?"

The Big Lie here is your assertion that this is a liberal view. No one believes anyone but Al Qaeda did it except some loonies. Of course Bush thought Iraq had something to do with it - another stupid conspiracy theory.

Its not liberals it is conspiracy theorists who think that.

It is not something that can be proven ever, however it is plausible when you look at all events that transpired before and after. Not just in this country but globally. When you tie in Americas past with the Middle East and the alliances we have with certain countries and the way things are done.

Generally though because we view the USA different than everyone else. We are not blind to its flaws, that however does not mean that I am not patriotic and do not love my country.

God you make me sick. Right now, there are two people in the world, those who are in the know, and those who are the cause of this murdering, dictator of ours being able to get away with it for as long as he has.
Any route you take with 911 always leads back to Bush and Cheney. Here are 2 videos (since obviously you do not read at all)...because your asking this question, that should at least put an end to your "I hate conspiracy thoerist days".
Here is one right out of Bushes mouth...
and the next is right out of Cheneys...
Take your pick!

They will make sure this gets reported. The party of tolerance refuses to allow a differing opinion. The same type of person that goes against normal thoughts and ideas is the same person .Who is susceptible to any crazy idea that comes along. Killing unborn babies is good. Killing convicted murderers is bad. Raising your taxes is good. Stopping others from attacking America is bad. See a pattern?

LIBERALS???????
Oh please don't put this one on them....its crazies particularly from what I can see here the ones who hate Israel who think there are all kinds of Jewish plans. None of the Libs I know think that, too many Jewish people are liberal for that to ever float.

Their lack of any real knowledge on any issues. Well, that combined with their paranoia and their desperation to find things to pin on conservatives. They have nothing solid, so they have to come up with these crazy, off-the-wall conspiracy theories to make them feel better about themselves.
