Okay, I know that buying a home is a great idea. But I have some questions concerning it. Here is my scenerio: My husband and I live in the Houston, Texas area. Our lease is up in a month and a half. We really want to move at that time into a place that has at least two bedrooms and a garage (apartment or house). We really want to buy a home BUT, at this time we can't afford the home we want. Our annual income is approximately 50,000.00, and our fixed monthly expenses before rent are approximately 1081.00. I have a lot of bad credit, including outstanding and charged off debt. My husband has fairly good credit, probably in the high 600s.
What I want to know is: Is it even worth trying to get a home? If so should we try to buy new or used? And, if we buy one and we want to sell it in a few years is that really a good idea? Also, we aren't exactly in the positiong to do major repairs on a house, will that effect us? People keep saying to buy a house, are they right?

without the usual cliche, eg 'im not looking for anything right now'. Shall i just be honest and say i just dont fancy you. Im just avoiding calls and texts at the moment which i know is the cowards way out. I also hate the idea of just sending a text or leaving a message on his voicemail. i have only met him twice and he just doesnt do it for me. Will he eventually get the message if i keep on avoiding him or shall i just be honest with him and tell him im not interested.

i thought it was my ip address i tryed RUN ipconfig/all ipconfig/renew then the ipconfig/all it said i cant perform the action becouse the wireless network is running even though i uninstalled it i ran a system repair back as far as i could but that didnt help. what should i try next before calling the I.S.P

I'm planning on making up flyers for my neighborhood and probably a mile or two radius and simply driving by and putting them in the mailboxes instead of trying to figure out eveyones address and paying to mail them.

Ok, everyone, be honest with me. What would make your marriage better? I have been with my husband for 3 years. I love him with all my heart and I know he loves me, we have a great sex life, but we are going through some rough times. We have been through a lot together in the shore time we have been together, this is not the worst, just money problems. I know he is happy for the most part and so am I for the most part. We have 2 boys, 2yo and 5mo. He works a lot and has somewhat of a life, I stay home with my kids and have no kind of life. I get upset over dumb stuff because I'm jealous of him having a life outside of our kids, and I'm not allowed to have any kind of a life. It's hard, I want to make him happier, but I don't know how, and I want to make myself happier to, but not sure how to. My husband is my world and I just want to make him happier then what he is, I know our money problems are a big stress on him, so I know he's not completly happy right now, but I want him to be.

My son has a Honda XR 100. It seems to be holding back during acceleration. How can I tell if it has a governor, and how do I adjust it for a little more power? He also has a 1974 Honda Z50 that seems to have more pick-up than his 100.
