My cat recently started meowing at night. He's a house cat, fixed, well-fed, and gets lots of attention. During the day, he sleeps like a baby, making no noise whatsoever; but once the lights are out and the house is quiet, he begins his serenade. He doesn't do it continuously all night long, but sporadically (three or four times per evening)...for about five to ten seconds...and loud enough to wake me up. Just wondering if anyone has an idea what might be on his mind. Thanks

last year i put the presents early (like in the tenth) and both of my jerk brothers tried to open the presents and left holes in the wrapping papers and were acting so retarded they knocked the tree down and squished some of the boxes when they started wrestling for gifts!!!
should i waited until they fall asleep on Christmas eve this time, i am running out of places to hide the gifts though?!

Basically, my mom took her car to a mechanic we've been going to for years. For quite some time now we've been getting the impression that we were getting a raw deal. This time he flat out did not fix the car. He said what (in his opinion) was wrong with it, ordered the parts, and charged my mom for the works. Case in point, it did not fix the problem at all. Not one bit.

She took it to another place, and they found the true problem. They were able to fix it for half the price of what the faulty-mechanic did.

When confronted, the faulty mechanic apologized and expressed feeling badly for not fixing the car, but did not offer any sort of compensation.

Would we be justified in pursuing legal action? Small-claims court perhaps?

I know its wrong, but for some reason I continue.....I always go commando (no boxers)..and recently have started to leave my zipper unzipped to expose myself hoping another man will see and comment...i dont touch myself or get erect, just want to act like i didnt know it was undone and to see what if anything people (inparticular, men) will say...why cant i stop ?

Matthew 15:24 Jesus said, "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of lsrael,". This would of course mean that he is here only to save the Jews. The scriptures repeatedly back up this notion that Christ is savior to the Jews and not the gentiles (see Romans 16:17, Revelations 14:3-4 & John 10).

I had to install a new hard drive and copy all data from old to new. No problem. But now I've lost my USB. Computer just won't recognize my USB flash drive, and USB controllers are no longer listed on Device Manager. I've checked all connections and everything seems fine. I thought I might have lost the USB drivers (if any), but the computer can't even find the controllers. Any help will be appreciated.
