Apparently there is a sequel to the shining (the shining 2??? perhaps) but I can't find it anywhere online and the only info I can find is that there was going to be one made (these online pages are very old now). I appreciate any info.

Haha! I drew you in! You thought I was talking about the best band ever, the Fray, right? Well, I wasnt. Seriously, any advice on how to save a life (my own)? I know it sounds dumb but i'm actually very serious. I hate myself so much I've tried to do it. Help me please. First off, I just wanna remind you guys to be a little more open-minded. This guy I know is 35 years old and lives with his brother. Four years ago, his brother gave him a truck, which he drove without an insurance. One day he wrecked the truck (also DUI) and got his license taken away. He is required to pay $4500 (for demage) before his license will be returned to him. His brother (who owns a restaurant) then offered him a job at his place, hoping for him to save up and pay $4500 back in order to get his driver license back. It's been four years now. The guy still works in a restaurant, live with his brother, but unable to save any money at all. Now he complains to me that he hates working in the restaurant and that he doesn't have any money. I've tried to motivate him and all, but he always seems depressed and not so motivated. His brother seems struggle to help boosting his ambition also. I believe in a second chance, but anyway, what do you guys think? Is he just a pure loser?

F2) It is essential for retribution

The two most important arguments against death penalty are:
A1) It is not a good deterrent
A2) The law might be objective, but its implementation is very subjective. Once life is taken a subjective error cannot be corrected.

Sorry, I cannot include any religious arguments

I strongly agree with F1 and F2. But A2 is true. In my opinion A2 trumps both F1 and F2 - so I am against it.

He hasn't been diagnosed with anything yet we think its just a stomache virus, but he's had symtoms of irritable bowel syndrome for a long time and he's 10. Whom do I Start? Their Fantasy ranks are 8 and 9 (Brown, Portis). Brown is going up against the Kansas City Chiefs and Portis has a matchup with the Philidelphia Eagles. How? Hitler was a Darwinist, and he killed six million Jews and millions of others, including Slavs, homosexuals, gypsies, Christians, communists, the list goes on and on . . .
And Stalin? He was loving, wasn't he? He killed 22 million of his own people, thinking that they were just intelligent animals and that there was no God to fear.
Pol Pot? He was a swell guy too, wasn't he. And Mao? Who wouldn't want to be under his wonderful rule? What about Cuba? Poor as dirt. I'm sorry, but man not having a purpose does not give us much hope or much respect for ourselves and others.
Atheist societies have been the most terrible in history with regard to human treatment, and yet people think that Darwinism, an unproven theory, has caused us to be more enlightened when we've really slipped into barbarity.
