These are laws designed to prevent teens (girls) from getting birth control or medical care in the event of accidental pregnancy. I don't advocate teen sex but it happens, should parents be notified and girls be denied health care?

Okay here's the thing, yesterday, I scratched my leg with my pants on and that just didn't cut it. So I pulled my pants down and scratched directly on my skin. Well that felt great, but later that night, I noticed that my legs were sore to the touch. This morning when I got into the shower, I noticed that I have dark red scratch marks, little red spots, and huge bruises on my legs in the area that I was scratching. Does anyone out there know anything about that? I've noticed the bruises before, if I just bump my arm or leg or any part of my bosy against something, I end up with a gigantic bruise on my body. Can someone please tell me what is going on. I plan on going to the doctor in two weeks, but I don't know what to say is wrong with me. Thanks.

Our customers rarely use credit cards as a form of payment. It's usually a check via mail. But a few do use a Visa or MasterCard once in a blue moon. We are charged 2.75% from our bank for the the total of the credit card purchase. At the time of the credit card transaction can I add the standard percentage on top of the invoice amount? Am I legally allowed to do so? Also, am I legally allowed to markup the 2.75% we are charged on our merchant statement?

He is approximately 5" tall, is playing a banjo and appears to have been fired - the bottom right foot has a partial manufacture's name the opening in his foot has obilterated part of it - it reads ...hearwate...this name has two small black lines surrounding it - again, it appears to have been obliterated when the manufacturer placed the hole in the foot - the other foot also has a hole. He is primarily cream colored, has black shoes, arms and face and his shirt is the cream with green and yellow spots. He has a scarf on - it too is blue and cream. His banjo is brown. Exactly 5 years and 1 month after 9/11 we find that our government is still incapable of protecting our cities from air craft crashing into buildings. My initial reaction is to believe this must be terrorism. Whether or not it is accidental, it is clear that this administration has not done enough to prevent future attacks. There is apparently not a plan in motion to prevent the importation or use of WMD against us by land, air or sea.
